"I get them a lot. It's just something that I have to deal with. I've... had them for a long time."

He goes quiet for a few moments. "Naoya gets them too. He never tells me what they're about, though."

"My parents took him in when I was about... five, I think, and he was twelve. His apartment caught on fire. He made it out... my aunt and uncle didn't."

Akria pauses for a few moments. "I've gotten hurt before, trying to help them. Sometimes bad enough to have to go to the doctor, though nothing ever really serious. ... But if I don't help them, who will?"

"I try. I carry a first aid kit with me, but I just..."

He closes his eyes. "I can't help it. I can't just ignore them. Even if I wanted to, I can't help but see them. And ignoring someone in pain is just..." He trails off and sighs.

"Just because I'm a kid doesn't mean I can't do things or take care of myself."
